OneHealth Pharmacy is regulated by the relevant Nigerian Pharmaceutical bodies. In addition to the sales of medicines and health products online, we offer guidance and give information for a variety of medical conditions from trusted and experienced Pharmacists and Healthcare professionals.

Security and Privacy

The information you provide with other data we acquire about you will be used to administer and provide the goods and/or services you request. Your information will only be shared with bodies who possess direct involvement in the delivery of our goods and services, for example the dispensing pharmacy and delivery merchants.

Information submitted through our website is protected by security technology comprising firewalls.

Your financial data is securely transferred directly to our card processing agents, who upon our instructions, securely process such information. We have no access to your financial data.

Certain information may be gathered during your visit to our site that is essential to create your account, for billing purposes, inquiries, queries and delivery. The information is only kept where required for processing orders, applicable refunds, response to feedback and/or complaints or for promotional purposes.

We encourage customers to ensure that any electronic device used to access our online records is adequately protected from possible interference.

Information and Advice

The advice we provide upon use of our service is dependent on the information you give us. You are responsible for guaranteeing that this information is correct and failure/neglect/refusal to do so will influence our advice and the medicines we provide. The consequences of which we are not liable.

Pricing

All prices on this website are in Naira and include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. We endeavour to ensure that all pricing on our site is accurate. However, where an error arises, we will correct such as soon as recognised.

Doctor Services (Virtual, Nurse Home Visit, Repeat Nurse Home Visit)

Please note that once you have requested a doctor's appointment, you cannot cancel the appointment but you can reschedule to a more convenient time with at least 24hours notice. The appointment will be scheduled upon confirmation by the doctor

Please note that:

• Virtual Consultation lasts for 10-15mins
• Home Service is only available upon 24hour notification and confirmation of the nurses availability on the date/day of your choice.
• Repeat Home Service is only available upon 48 hours notification and confirmation of the nurses availability on the dates/days of your choice

Laboratory Services

Results can only be gotten within 15mins - 24hours after the test

Third Party Rights

A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions has no rights to enforce them. No Prescription Order placed by you will be binding on us until we have confirmed the order to you by email or in writing. We reserve the right to reject any order.

Payments

We accept Visa and Mastercard, or Bank transfer to a designated account number. In providing payment card details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the card and that you authorise us, or our payment service provider, to take payment in full for the items in your order and any associated postage and packaging fees and any other charges that become due to us under these terms and conditions.

Consent To E-mail Communication

Communication on our site is done electronically. As a result, you consent to obtaining electronic communications from us. You also agree that such mode of communication be my email or notices posted on the website.

Returns Policy

Prescriptions, over-the-counter medications and other non-prescription products may not be returned except for the following circumstances:

• The item received is defective
• the ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit;
• the ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.

We will provide a full refund/credit note based on the conditions listed below:

• Order(s) be returned within 48hrs
• Order(s) must be unused and in its original sealed packaging
• Prior return authorization must been obtained by contacting the pharmacy
• Refunds will be processed in the same tender as the original purchase.

Notification of Errors
